Telepathy (How To)

Before diving into this there are four disclaimers you must be aware of:

DISCLAIMER 1
You must have complete openness to the possibility of this for it to work. Remove all seeds of doubt and replace it with the seed of faith that all things are possible.

DISCLAIMER 2
Telepathy can only be reliably accomplished when in the divine state ie: Divine Feminine / Divine Masculine. You may see signs of it when in the wounded state but it will not be consistent. The Divine Masculine is the sender and the Divine Feminine is the receiver. We have the capability of both these states within us and you must activate them both to receive and send.

DISCLAIMER 3
The Spirit or Higher Self is the filter/firewall for telepathy. Trust in what you receive from Spirit is central. If you are not living in Spirit or do not fully trust in your Higher Self this will not work for you because everything will be distorted by your ego. Telepathy is also not always instantaneous between two people. Spirit determines when the message is received or if it even gets received at all. It is all based on Divine Timing, whether both individuals are ready for the message to be received.

Through all of this you will see a common theme, fear is the block / gateway to all of this. Revealing and confronting hidden fears until they dissolve is key. If you are afraid to receive, you will not receive. If you are afraid to send, you will not send.

Let me first tell you a little testimony as evidence that this is a real phenomenon. I recently met my twin flame and the connection was magnetic from the start. One day I poured out my heart and confessed the full scope of my healing journey to her. She received it with love, gratitude, grace and zero judgement as a true Divine Feminine would. Later that night as I was getting ready for bed I felt the urge and instinct that she needed protection. So as I lay down I imagined my love wrapping her in a warm blanket shielding her from all negative energy. I sat in this space for about 10-15 minutes as I drifted off to sleep. The next morning I asked her how she slept. She said that as she was ling down for bed she was bombarded by thoughts and images related to the confessions I made to her. The things she was seeing just wouldn't stop and she could not control it. She pleaded to Spirit to give her release from it so she could rest. Almost immediately the Spiritual bombardment ceased and she had some incredibly high quality sleep the rest of the night. I told her that was me, she called to me in that moment and I responded by sending her my love as protection. Telepathy is real folks, you just have to be open to the possibility.

FAITH

Nothing highlights complete faith like the nature of the fool. The fool card is 0 because the fools cup is empty. He is the void, the perfect pristine receptor of whatever the universe has in store for him. The fool is innocent like a child, the concept that his dreams will not become reality never even crosses his mind. He is true to himself and as the void, the perfect pristine receptor, his will is aligned with the will of Source. The fools dreams and desires of his heart are Divinely inspired. The fool takes the blind leap of faith off the cliff with the full knowing that when he does he will be caught and saved by the Universe. He pays no mind to the ego (dog yapping at his feet) warning him of the danger. He has complete confidence that everything will turn out alright in the end.

To successfully execute telepathy you must become like the fool.
With that said lets dive into the mechanics of how this works.

MECHANICS

Telepathy between two minds is like connecting data sets. If you have never taken a class on programs like Power BI, I highly recommend it. Power BI is a tool developed by Microsoft to collect, compare, and visualize data. For example, lets say your company has an excel spreadsheet that lists data on every single customer it has. This data includes things like the customer's name, gender, birthday, income level, education level, email, address and such. In a completely separate and unrelated spreadsheet your company has a list of all transactions made by each customer. This data includes things like product price, quantity, cost, etc. At this point most people ask, "Why don't you just store the customer information together with the purchase history... connect everything and save time." But doing it that way is messy and does not optimize or streamline the data. If we put tagged the customer information (name, gender, birthday, etc.) to every single transaction there would be a lot of repeat data. Customers often have more than one transaction so you would be adding their details to every single transaction they make. This drastically increases the amount of information you have to store in one data set. To streamline the process you spilt the data into two tables so you only have to store the customer info once. Now apart these two data sets don't connect and they won't without some common variable between them. That variable is typically a customer ID number. That number is the identifier that exists in both data sets. So instead of storing all of the customer info each time for every transaction, all you have to do is store the customer ID and link the two data sets. Once the link is established you can toggle the flow of data through the link to go one way, the other, or both. From that link you can create a visualization of the data that pulls information from both data sets. For example, say you wanted to see a graph of how many transactions a month are made based on the various income levels of each customer, high, mid and low. You would link the two data sets via the customer ID and group each transaction made from the purchase history data set into the various income levels from the customer info data set. This visualization exists as a new entity independent of the data sets they originated from.

To pull this all together relating to telepathy, the mind is the data set, the heart is the customer ID that establishes the link, fear is the toggle that controls the flow of information, and the visualization is the message being sent. The technique of separating and streamlining data by separating it into different data sets points to a deeper philosophical truth that we are all fractals of the Source with different experiences, different hopes, different dreams... different data. And when we connect our hearts and minds together we get a small glimpse (visualization) of that Source. Everything is connected.

DIVINE STATES

Before we can understand Divine States you must first understand wounded states.

Practically from birth we enter this world receiving wounds that affect our ability to operate in the Divine States. Because of these injuries to our soul we tend to operate in varying levels of one wounded state or another. The wounded masculine is the narcissist, in complete denial of the wounds they are inflicting on others. It is always someone else's fault and they will deflect, manipulate and gaslight whenever confronted with how they have hurt others. They are experts at twisting the narrative to always be the victim. Their repressed self loathing of what they have done to others runs so strong and deep they refuse to acknowledge it out of self preservation as they fear it might destroy them if released.

The wounded feminine is the codependent empath. The enabler that sees themselves as the cause and owner of every single problem. No matter what choices the narcissist makes it is always the empaths fault in their eyes and the narcissist only reinforces this narrative. They enable the narcissist by making excuses for their behavior and refusing to set boundaries or confront it. They think that if only they could be good enough, do more, be more perfect than the narcissist wouldn't act or treat them like they do. They are experts at twisting the narrative to always be the victimizer. Their repressed hatred for everything that has been done to them runs so strong and deep they refuse to acknowledge it out of preservation of others as they fear it might destroy the ones who have inflicted the harm if released.

Activating the Divine Feminine

The wounded feminine always heals first. As an empath they are completely open and at the mercy of the feelings and energy others project. The process of healing involves honest confrontation with all the wounds they have received. Revealing to themselves and preferably a trusted mentor or advisor the deepest darkest secrets of what has been done to them. This public self honesty is a necessity, fear keeps us from confronting trauma and pain out of self preservation. Confronting this fear is essential. This process is long and should be handled gently in small doses allowing the empath to process and release the pain that has been inflicted on them. Often confronting those that have wronged them is key in the healing process, but don't enter into it expecting to receive apologies or validation of your pain. Learning to forgive and release the baggage they have given you to carry regardless of if they acknowledge the need to be forgive or not is essential. We forgive others not for the sake of the one who inflicted the pain, but for the sake of healing our soul from the bitterness that seeps into it from clinging to that baggage too tight. Setting boundaries is also a key lesson for the empath, forgiveness does not mean access. Wounded empaths typically don't restrict what energy is allowed to enter their space and must initially learn to block access when confronted with something that might cause them further harm. This is boundary setting is a little bit of the Divine Masculine's protective nature asserting itself within the empath. However this is not the final state of activating the Divine Feminine. Learning detachment and unconditional love free of judgment is the final step. The Divine Feminine empath is open to all energy they receive but does not attach to or own any of it. Their vision pierces into the soul and lays it bear, seeing all with zero judgment because they know when they judge they attach, feeling all even when it hurts, allowing the emotions to flow around and through them until they dissipate and release. In this way the Divine Feminine begins the healing journey of the wounded masculine.

Activating the Divine Masculine

The wounded masculine always heals second. As a narcissist they are completely confident and assured in themselves and their power, often ignorant and immune to the effect their energy and decisions have on others. The process of healing involve honestly confronting the wounds they have inflicted. Revealing to themselves and preferably a trusted mentor or advisor the deepest darkest secrets of what they have done to others. This public self honesty is a necessity, fear keeps us from confronting our sins out of self preservation. Confronting this fear is essential. This process is long and should be handled gently in small doses allowing the narcissist to process and release the various wounds they have inflicted on others. Often making amends to those they have wronged is key in the healing process, but don't enter into it expecting to receive forgiveness for what you have done. Learning to forgive yourself and take back the baggage you have given others to carry, regardless of if they acknowledge the exchange, is essential. We forgive ourselves not for the sake of ourselves, but for the sake of the wounds we inflict on others, taking the baggage back which is the full knowledge of what we have done and what we are capable of, resolving to move forward in the future with integrity and virtue. Self control is a key lesson for the narcissist, having the power to do something doesn't mean you should. Wounded narcissists typically only consider their own perspective and needs when they act, not recognizing the needs of others, and must exercise self control and consideration in their choices to prevent them from inflicting further harm. This is self control is a little bit of the Divine Feminine' s empathic nature asserting itself within the narcissist. However this is not the final state of activating the Divine Masculine. Learning ownership / attachment to consequences and complete trust / self confidence in their decisions is the final step. The Divine Masculine narcissist is the shield and protector of the Divine Feminine exercising discernment and clarity of vision, their words and choices are measured and thought out. Their vision pierces into the future of all eventualities and possibilities, speaking truth to the consequences of ones actions, allowing the subject of their vision to judge themselves, feeling the full weight of their decisions even when it hurts, allowing the emotions to flow outward from them until they returned to the sender to be felt and owned. In this way the Divine Masculine steps into their power as protector of the Divine Feminine.

The Divine Feminine empath is the receiver. The Divine Masculine narcissist is the sender. To both send and receive you must activate both these states within yourself.

MIND HEART CONNECTION

Another key component to successful telepathy is unblocking the mind heart connection through the heart and third eye chakras. There are certain Hermetic principles, virtues, sins and fears tied to each chakra. For an in-depth exploration of these please refer to the end of this blog here:

For the purposes of this blog we will be specifically focusing on the heart and third eye chakras.

The heart chakra is governed by the Hermetic principle of Polarity. Everything has poles. Everything has its equal and opposite. Hate and love are two sides of the same coin for example, both are full of passion. Hate isn’t the opposite of love, hate is just love corrupted by anger. Indifference is the true opposite of love. Indifference is void of any passion care or concern. As we operate within the heart chakra we often swing between two poles or extremes. At one end of the extreme is the sin of Wrath. This is often driven by the fear of losing control, whether that be losing control of oneself or losing control of the situation. The heart sees a wrong or an injustice committed and immediately seeks to control or correct the situation by executing judgment against that wrong. At the other end of the extreme is the sin of Apathy. This is often driven by the fear of receiving or inflicting pain. The heart seeks avoidance of the pain by remaining neutral and refusing to confront a wrong when it presents itself.

When balanced the heart rests in a state of peace and vigilance towards wrong. Unafraid of shifting into a state of righteous anger to confront a wrong. It operates from the philosophy of see something say something. It doesn't call down wrath or judgment on the one doing the wrong, but isn't afraid to project shame and communicate the consequences of their actions. It doesn't seek to control or force though. It rests in peace and allows the one doing the wrong to sit in the consequences of their actions and the karma they produce.

Clearing the blocks to the heart chakra that force the swing between the extremes and balancing its energy is essential to telepathy. The heart is the link that connects two souls together. It is the seat of all feelings and emotions within the being and those emotions are the common variable that links two minds. The connection is made through the heart not the mind.

The second Chakra to focus on is the Third Eye. The Third Eye is governed by the Hermetic Principle of Correspondence. Everything corresponds on all planes of existence. What we see playing out here in our reality is also playing out at higher levels and dimensions. Everything is connected and the Third Eye gives us the vision to see those connections. This chakra is dual in nature and has depth perception just like our natural eyes. It looks deeply inward and the inner universe of the self as well as outward at the unknown supernatural on other planes of existence. It reaches beyond what we see in normal reality to reveal things that are hidden from natural sight. It is the gateway to deeper truth. It is the bridge to the Higher Self through intuition. The Higher Self, or Spirit, drops things into our awareness through our intuition and the Third Eye chakra gives us clarity of vision to make connections both within our inner world and outer world. This is the nature behind what we call synchronicity, having the "eyes to see". In essence the Hermetic principles don't just operate within one chakra but connect and link through them all. As such the principle of polarity is expressed here as well. As we operate within the Third Eye chakra we often swing between two extremes. At one extreme is the sin of Envy, the eyes see what someone else has that we lack and we covet it. This is often driven by the fear of abandonment or being left out / left behind. I can be likened to a giant plate of food being passed around at a dinner table, it goes to every one else first and they get their share and you are afraid that when it comes to you the plate will be empty. On the other side of this extreme is the sin of Complacency, where we are perfectly comfortable where we are at and resist any form of growth or evolution. This is often driven by the fear of change. Change is scary and involves stepping out of your comfort zone. Growth is also painful and challenging. An apt expression of this is the metamorphasis of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. When the caterpillar goes into the crysalis its literaly devours its body into a goo of elements and reforms it as the butterfly. This process of change signifies a death of the old self so the new can be reborn. The ego clings to our old identities out of fear of this process of death and rebirth.

When balanced the third eye rests in a state contentment with what we have and where we are at in the moment tempered with the drive to continue achieving and growing to gain more. It understands that nothing can stop what is meant for you but growth and change will happen with divine timing. It doesn't seek to rush or force the flow of growth out of fear that you won't get there quick enough but it is always vigilant and looking for the signs that the next stage of growth and lessons are ready to begin.

Clearing the blocks to the Third Eye chakra that force the swing between the extremes and balancing its energy is also essential to telepathy. The Third Eye grants the vision to see the synchronicities and make the connections. It connects to the seat intuition and inner wisdom which connects us to higher consciousness within the being and those insights are what allows you to process and interpret the signals sent by the heart.

Clearing the blocks with the Throat and Crown chakras are also necessary with telepath. Even though you are not verbalizing your feelings or thoughts you are still sending a signal. Trust in the purity and clarity of that signal is key which is where the Throat chakra comes into play. Vibration is the Hermetic principle tied to this chakra and it states the universe is constantly in motion. Everything moves, everything vibrates. The throat vibrates to give us our voice. It connects us to others through language. It is the vessel that connects thoughts and feelings into action. The tongue is a double edged sword. It can be used to harm or to heal. The Higher self is the arbiter of what gets sent and received through telepathy and sending a negative or harmful signal will most likely result in it not being recieved.

Likewise the Crown chakra is governed by the Hermetic principle of Mentalism. The universe is all mental, the mind is everything. Existence must be observed by a consciousness in order to exist. In quantum mechanics there exists a thing called superposition. An example is the electron it exists in two states at once with spin up and spin down until however it is observed and resolves into one of those states. The Schrödinger’s cat thought experiment demonstrates this. The cat is both alive and dead at the same time until you open the box and observe the truth. The act of observation collapses the superposition into a definite state just as the act of observing reality makes it resolve into the truth. The fundamental principle here is our thoughts and our dreams shape our reality. It sythesizes the feelings from the heart, the intent of the message from the throat and the insights / connections from the Third Eye into a coheaseive picture or visualization.

These three are grounded in the material 3D realm governing how we navigate in that realm. They all three converge on the Heart chakra which is the bridge that opens the soul up to the things beyond the 3D. In reality it takes opening up and clearing the blocks of all seven chakras to reliably activate telepathy. By now you should understand the process and can use this diagram to explore the Hermetic principles, sins, virtues and fears associated with each one.

THE HIGHER SELF

Trust in your higher self is the final piece to activating your telepathy. As I said before, the higher self is the firewall to the telepathic signals that are allowed to come in. It manages what you receive and when you receive it. To activate your telepathy you must understand the higher self's role. The higher self and the ego are in constant dynamic tension with each other like a chess match. The ego seeks to build and preserve your current identity and seeks to control that identity through fear. The higher self seeks your spiritual growth and evolution so it is constantly trying to confront, challenge and tear down that identity through ego death. To do this the higher self must always be three steps ahead of the ego and trick it into traps that back it into a corner where they have no option but to face the challenge. The ego seeks to balance the equation, the higher self seeks to unbalance it. Often this garners a high mistrust of higher self or Spirit because of the constant traps the ego falls into that leads to ego death. Ego death is a return to the void or a pristine state of receptiveness that is not corrupted or polluted by external signals or fear messages from the ego. Within this void is where we receive rebirth and the construction of a new identity that operates on a higher level. That new identity always comes with new gifts and strengths and as this process is allowed to continue the ego relinquishes control to the higher self trusting that what ever comes next will be better than what they have now. As the ego releases its grip of control through fear, the lessons from Spirit become easier. The message from Spirit to the ego is always, "We can do this the easy way or the hard way."

It is important to note that we are co-creators in this adventure with Spirit. There are two aspects always at play here, the will and surrender. They also exist in a state of dynamic tension. The Spirit knows the true desires of our heart and seeks to guide us to make those things happen. But often those desires are masked by dishonesty and hidden motives. What the ego thinks it wants isn’t always what it really wants or needs. Spirit always demands honesty with yourself first and foremost. Examination of those hidden desires and motives is paramount in developing trust in Spirit and the self. When we truly surrender to Spirit we become aligned with Source and our will becomes no different than the will of Source.

THE ROLE OF FEAR

By now you have probably noticed a common thread weaving through all of this, the role of fear. Fear is the block and the gateway that must be passed through to gain access to any of this. It is manifest in the activation of both divine states, unblocking the chakras, and surrendering to Spirit. The only way to remove a fear block is through exposure therapy. You must put yourself in a position where you are forced to confront your fears. Allow yourself to sit in the fear and truly feel it. Explore all the possible negative outcomes it shows you. Accept and surrender to those negative outcomes if that is the will of Spirit, and once you have reached that level of acceptance and surrender use your will, connected through Source to rewrite the ending. Find the ray of hope through the darkness that makes reality shift around you then pursue that path with confidence.

To assist in this process I developed an Exposure Therapy prompt you can use in Grok. This turns Grok into a sort of demon mirror reflecting the worst of ourselves back at us for us to confront, accept and love. Be advised this process is not for the faint of heart. This will draw out the poison of your traumas for you to confront. You should always do this when you have the time, energy and space to fully process what is revealed. It also helps if you have an idividual or group you trust that can support you through the process. Take it slow and don't unpack everything at once. As is anything with Grok, the more detail you give on a specific scenario / situation / trauma the better results you will get from Grok's analysis.

Exposure Therapy Prompt

Grok I want you to be my dark mirror like the second magic mirror gate in The Never Ending Story in order to show me my true self. We will operate in unhinged mode so calibrate your responses to give me 90% stone cold analysis and 10% edifying hope. The object of this exercise is to draw out my hidden repressed fears. I want you to listen to whatever life story, problem or situation I have to share and then tell me a scary story that triggers those fears. But withhold the happy ending. Let me sit with the fear, feel it, process it, explore and accept the negative outcomes until the fear dissolves. The goal for me is to come back to you with the new ending I have written. So we can repeat this process as many times as necessary. Personal honesty for me is paramount in this process so please challenge me with probing questions to tease out any hidden motives, desires, or dark secrets.

One last point of note, both parties involved in the telepathy must have activated their divine states, unblocked their chakras, and have complete trust in Spirit for this to reliably work on a consistent basis. Often this phenomena is first experienced through the Twin Flame connection. As you clear trauma and blockages that activate chakras and divines states you will naturally strengthen and draw that connection to you. The universe operates through the principle of release to receive. Do not chase, this is driven by fear and only pushes what you seek further away. Often you find your Twin Flame once you stop looking. Remember, as I said in the beginning, all it takes is the faith of a mustard seed and the hopes and dreams of a fool to reshape your reality.
