I'm guessing the menu is probably still being worked on so they didn't want to commit to making it fancy

i think it has a lot to do with the fact that the place has only been open for 4 days (well, 5 now.) I think their prices were really good but I didn't try everything yet, I will likely get around to it eventually because it was one of the better dining experiences I have had in a while.
