Dtube is still being tested. There are a few issues with it, but they are working on it every day, and I am sure the effort we steemians are putting into it will be well worth the effort. A place that is not called Youtube, and with it being a blockchain, (or at least it is my understanding), the video will always be there. No youtubian fascist removing it because they did not like your content.
