Businesses are riskier ventures.
Filled with excitement, possibility and growth to an astronomical degree.
Many people what to be come business man, due to the freedom it gives.
Freedom of time
Freedom of money

Job is very safe, but you are not free and less extreme.
Job you will have to wait for a certain time period for taking the next hike, no matter how good you are.
Having a job means that we are working for someone to gain an income.
No freedom time
NO freedom money
