Weekly Photography Challenge #3 -- Fruit and Veg -- Guess What I'm Preparing ?
When in doubt, bake! Sweet potatoes are not only good for you, they're delicious :) Add some regular potatoes for contrast, plus garlic (immune booster & tasty roasted) and a juicy red fruit, aka tomatoes, drizzle oil and spice to taste (oregano, salt, pepper, etc...)
Now, pop into a preheated oven, set to 400 degrees, and find something useful to do for half an hour or so. Comfort food awaits :)
But, if you're feeling ambitious, and you've got the veggies to back it up, then I say go Big & stay home :)
With our face masks firmly in place, and observing social distancing, we intend to share these veggies -- on top of a homemade pizza -- with a friend on their balcony, for dinner.
So, I prepped them: washed, sliced and drizzled olive oil & spices.
Then, on top of the pie they go and in the oven, at 415 degrees, for 15 minutes.
Now, Drool!
