Well, we want to give people time to get in before the 20th.
delegating early just makes it so when the bot starts up it sees everyone from the very beginning and doesn't miss anyone.
Cool. I'm planning on delegating around feb 15th. I just wanted to make sure there is no reason to delegate earlier.
