Thanks for explaining what happened the other night - definitely a weird situation. Still not sure how the power-down got to negative vests but that's probably above my pay grade.

    Most welcome. Only thing I can figure is they had some delegated out that was counted and they didnt pull the delegation back so it tripped over itself.
