Or rewrite code like a copy of DAI and remove SBD from rewarding. So SBD has no impact on inflation, is scalable and it adds a lot of value to the Steem Blockchain. It also adds more Trading Value on the internal market.

I totally agree with you, I have proposed a code iteration to make this all happen at blockchain level, but this next HF is only for SMT's and no room for added complexity, so we are at least a year away from any such fix. In the meantime we have to do band-aid stuff like this.
