I would love to recreate this manwich but not so sure if the evil eye will come out as good as yours. My version might be the exploded evil eye, haha.
Haha, oh mine definitely exploded if u see the last few pictures!
The trick to the eye is to flipp the egg with the pan off so that it doesn’t cool the yolk all the way ;)
