The Diary Game: [25/08/2026]Sick but i still did my job and cooking a nice dinner

Hello everyone hope you all are fine wherever you are in the world, welcome to another session of my diary episode with yours truly @silverleon so today i woke up with a very serious headache on my head and i thought it will just pass away because i believe i wasn`t drunk yesterday and i don't even drink alcohol for real, so i just forced myself to stand up and do some house chores and my mom called me saying she has been watching me that i am not fine and of course i wanted to deny but i couldn`t a child can't lie to his or her mother no matter what, so she called a nurse on her phone and this nurse is a family friend, nurse becky came quick enough and prescribed some medicine for me especially that yellow one called lumanther, only the smell can make you to vomit i couldn`t even take a photo jezz, so she gave me injection and told me to take care of myself, actually nurse becky is actually a beautiful lady just her smile is like sunshine like seeing her smile even i didn`t know when i smiled like a fool it was embarrassing, my mom was looking at me like i'm a black sheep, so she left and i was resting in my room but i still have work to do today it was just fixing of glass and i was going to work with two people so i didn`t think i would be stressing myself, but my mom argued that i will not be going i had to convince her that i will not be working only giving instructions and i won't take time normally, so after doing everything i left for work.

So i was the first person to arrive at the place not that the rest people were late but because they went to bring the glass, so i waited for some time after calling them within a few minutes they arrived so we started to carry the glass and during that process i broke a piece of glass it was like a movie in my eyes like i couldn`t believe i broke a glass although it was just a tiny piece but that mistake could even affect the work, so we first fixed all the rest glasses it was a plain glass which 5mm if it were a 4mm glass we would not be able to count the pieces of the glass, we didn`t panic we just did the rest when it got to the particular glass they wanted to give up and even thinking of buying a new glass i was already feeling bad based on i am the one who caused it, but no one blamed me i just stood there and i started thinking of what solution i could bring then a idea just came instantly i told them, what if we cut the glass at the place where it broke and fixed a piece of measurement at the top immediately they thought the idea wasn`t bad afterall then we did it and it came out good, i was really happy that we didn`t have to buy another glass then we fixed everything by 1pm we were done and i left the place, on my way i saw some smoked fish in the market and decided to buy some things i didn't even know what i will be cooking but i bought the food items anyway.

So i got home prepared the foodstuff which is the rice, bean, fish, oil and pepper also vegetables i wanted to try something new when my mom saw it she thought i wanted to cook rice and stew but it wasn`t so i wanted to mix everything together which is called concoction food, i first filter the dirty out of the beans then started boiling it then i took the time to wash the fish then i put the rice inside after some time i filter the rice again then boiled it that's when i started cooking i put all other ingredients by 3pm everything was ready, like damn i didn`t like the appearance of the food wasn`t what i expected but still ate it, my mom was like it's not about the surface but it's about how it tastes and of course it was really good.

By evening i was just sitting down scrolling through my phone watching some short videos and of course i was also chatting with some few friends then my mom said i should cook but i said i wasn`t feeling strong yet, guess what she said next she was like so you can take your time and strength to cook your nonsense but you can't make up time to cook just rice and stew because we already have smoked fish in the kitchen, i was shocked and hurt i mean wasn`t she the one who said the food was good so we argued for a while before she went to cook the food by herself as for me i was just resting because i believe i deserve it like for real i am sick but i still went to work and they still want me to cook it is not normal at all, so by 6pm the food was ready and it was really nice i mean mothers can really cook good food my friends.
