The Diary Game:{31/03/2026}Small Tasks, Big Energy
Dear Diary, today started on a really good note, because I woke up today not feeling yesterday moodiness, so I appreciated that more than anything. The morning was quiet and cool, and as I stepped out, I had that small, calm feeling that maybe the day would go smoothly but it didn't.
My day started at 7:00 am, where I went to the bakery to bake what we call unleavened bread for a church programme that is going to start tomorrow and will end next week Wednesday, which will be an 8 day programme. On getting there, it was 7:45 am, the dough was beaded and rolled by a machine and then cut into shapes.
After cutting, it was not placed in the oven immediately because the oven was filled up. It was at 9:00 am that my dough was placed in the oven, and it took over 2 hours before it was well baked. But before it was brought out from the oven, I became very hungry, so I bought bread, groundnut, and a very chilled bottle of Fanta, which was what I ate there by 11:00 am.
After it was brought out of the oven by 12:00 am, it was placed in a flat surface to cool off and then put inside the sack I brought the flour in. Then I left the bakery, and went home tired, so because of that I couldn't go to my lesson centre. On getting home, I washed off the tiredness, slept off, woke up and started preparing to cook.
At 6:00 pm I cooked bitter leaf soup, ate, took my bathe and slept off. So that's how my day went but I'm still grateful I made it through the day.
