You have posted dozens of identical comments. That is considered spam. Show you actually read the post and you may earn some votes. Spam earns flags. Arguing about that will not help.

All you have to do is stop commenting here as he asked. Your record shows you are a spammer. This behaviour is not appreciated and you are just harming your reputation.
