You think in complex terms, I like that. Anyone who wants to invest money in an underfunded area has to make savings elsewhere. Unfortunately, most politicians today forget to mention this fact – they invest wholeheartedly and the necessary money comes from the universe...
Only disciplined and prudent leaders tend to acknowledge sacrifices, spend wisely and also invest meaningfully into people instead of using the resources for their personal lifestyle and pleasure.
