My Observations:

Time they say, waits for no man. Having the time in your hands keeps you in motion on what to do, when to do, and how to do.

I also believe that without time it would be so difficult to differentiate between the night and the day, the Almighty himself has placed this time knowing how needful it would be. Time is veey important and it's need cannot be overemphasized.
