My Observations:

Most times, I wonder how most people view skill, but having a skill is a good one and then extending it to others by letting them share in your knowledge and idea is a challenge to so many except for when there is a fee added.

It is normal that when skills are shared, more ideas and creativity are generated, but still most people love it or prefers it when their ideas/skills are bought with money. I love this idea, but achieving it here is a big deal.
