If You Were in Charge

Leadership is a blessing it had a lot of responsibility is the which is mainly decision making at right time for the welfare.

If you were given full authority for one year in your community or country, what is the first issue you would address?

In my country there are many issues which are very problematic and always source of tension for society community and also for the country.

The first foremost issue which is source of problem for everyone is unemployment it doesn't mean in my country the people are not educated the main issue is not right education at right time because they don't know what should they need to study in present era.

I will choose the education consuling because as the students are in the age in class 8 and they started thinking what profession they should study most of the time everyone thought we should become doctor and engineer are should move for bachelor of science and so on.....

This is the major mistake which everyone do, it's the time for consultation and told the young generation for teach about the technical education in order to avoid unemployment otherwise this burden would increase with every passing day.

I will set consulting office in each community where they guide young generations about career and education counselling also through awareness sessions. It would be best way to stop the unemployment and choose the right field of study.

Why did you choose this issue over others?

In my view poverty and unemployment is big burden for my country as I moved outside and see people worried though they are educated and couldn't get jobs.

The main reason is that they didn't field of study and resulting they couldn't find jobs and now forcing to move abroad or selling fruit vegetables.

If we couldn't work on it our generations would destroyed and they are forced to become unemployment, right decision at right time is very important.

What is that one difficult decision you would have to make?

Though this the difficult decision but it's good for betterment of young generation and nation otherwise we always there to blame others for poverty.

My decision would surely helpful for others because people are using money and time for education but there is no use of education which couldn't fruitful for them in life.

Normally parents and teachers guide the students for right field but in knew still they failed and proper counselling is must needed.

How would you explain this decision to people who disagree with you?

Well!!!! Obviously few people are always disagree I will show them live examples in which millions of people are unemployed the reason is that they are educated but wrong decision become problematic for them.

Through examples and arguments it would easy to satisfied people about the importance of decisions obviously later on these are helpful for society and nation.
