I've spent a bit of time thinking about procrastination (using that intellect), and I wonder if its not based more in curiosity than laziness.
Yes, but what will happen if I don't do it? What will happen if I leave it alone and just see?

I was talking to a friend recently, she had a tenant trash an investment property, and was complaining that she'd poured $37K into insurance with that company, over a number of years and a range of properties. She'd claimed against the damage and they were refusing to pay, the only time she'd ever made a claim. She knows I'm not a huge fan of insurance, and don't pay any I'm not legally obliged to pay.
Some might say I'm procrastinating, or being lazy or unwise; but maybe I'm just sitting back, watching what happens to others and learning from their experiences.
