but we could be heard better when discussing solutions and thoughts instead of pointing fingers and spreading the blame game.

I think this depends a lot on track record and engagement as everyone has an opinion but, no one really knows who is who.

I have been reflecting on everything said but do not like to react too quickly as I have learned that sometimes it is best to let things slowdown before doing an assessment.

This is the smart move IMO
