Discussions around Educational Systems are highly controversial these days, while they are almost as often as discussions about politics where everyone knows exactly how the educational system they went through failed them and they have an opinion on how to improve.
I am a part of a more practical kind, in the sense that I just take something as it currently works and use it to my benefit by instinct, that's a bout the best thing you can do when you enter the school ranks anyway.
Here are some reflections on how the educational systems around the world fail and can be improved.

My one golden nugget:
One thing the educational system fails repeatedly is to teach people to notice when they are doing something right.

My one golden nugget:
online tools does not make the traditional educational system obsolete, but it complements and enhances the experience in the classroom by removing the clutter (e.g. checking if students have done their homework)

My one golden nugget:
what we observe is performance, what we must infer is learning

Reading Lists

There are books that I reread regularly, but at the moment I read new books in trying to identify the best books to reread while trying to push my learning boundries. So far I got to organise my future reading in 6 lists, main readings for each time of the day:

and 3 lists of books that look interesting but haven't got enough information for them:

For people who just wanted to know how to choose what to read by Tai Lopez' talked of principles.

Do you have a book or resource that would like to see what nuggets I can get out from for you ?

In order to know how bad our (Africans) reading culture is, just put your thoughts in black and white. This resonates the words of one time South African White President, "if you want to hide something from the blackman, write it in a book" . This is gradually changing. Africans are now taking up the challenge to read and write so as to learn, relearn and unlearn. Readers are leaders and leaders are readers.

Interesting insight @henryndunka, I must say that I do not know much about Africans, I like to think that for me we are all humans first, meaning that each of us has a innate curiosity about discovering new things that can enhance first our life , then the lives of people close to us and then again of everyone else. Reading is one ancient tool one can use in order to achieve it.

Great Post. That's Have Benefit. Thank You. That's Good Post. 📂📂📂

The education system depends on who is founding the system. Systems are mostly based on the great philosphical ideas over more than thousand years. In the mid times the invesions, wars and international pressures also contributed in the formation and deformation of the educational systems. Now if we really want to improve than we have to start thinking about the systems from our point of benefit. Moral values are evenly important along with meterialistic gains. So the balance should be maintained in order to achieve the goal of all round development of a student.

Wow so useful and knowledgeable its good ideas for students

I love the video. There are some valuable lessons you can get on there.

Very nice interesting post . Thanks for sharing

Very good subject, this is what grinds my gears about education. Its inability to evolve and keep up with the educational needs and the key elements of progress. Students need to leave the educational system with at least some financial education, a way to self evaluate themselves and a way to orient, approach and even fall back after a failed or unsuccessful attempt at something. This is why I will want to push those elements here on steemit and get people to discuss about it. I have so many ideas, I with there would be more time!
