I see it's been a while since this topic was discussed, but I just want to ask—has anyone noticed a difference in their energy levels after increasing protein intake? I've been tweaking my diet, and I feel like it helps with recovery after workouts, but I'm curious if others have experienced the same. Also, any favorite protein sources besides the usual chicken and eggs? Always looking for new ideas!
