3 - Identify and use your prime time.
I see this as prioritizing on the important things first during your most focused hour. If you don't know when you are at your best when learning or doing work, try to find and identify that. Once you do, you'll begin to notice that you're accomplishing things more efficiently.
ADVICE:
Perhaps, you're at your best during the morning. Maybe, waking up at 4am or 5am to catch up on work or exercise could be your 'best hour.'
