Keep it Simple (Tip #2)

in #tips7 years ago (edited)

This is my second in the series of Tips and Advice for new DTubers and Steemians.

When starting out the simple fact is that finding your niche and attracting a decent following is not going to happen over night (unless you are "extremely" fortunate)

So today's piece of advice is NOT to spend hours working to craft and edit a cinema-graphic masterpiece
As it is unlikely to attract the attention (and upvotes) it deserves - AND you are likely to start to become disheartened and not stick with DTube and Steem in the long-run.

My advice
Create and post GOOD quality "simple" (and original) content - and as people discover and start following you THEN is the time to start rewarding them for their support by producing the content with higher production values.

I hope that you find this tip as useful for you as it was for me.

And a big shout out to @thundercurator and @dynamicgreentk for all their assistance and upvotes!

Thanks for watching.

Awesome thanks for that !

Nice advice, thanks for sharing

Couldn’t agree more buddy. Starting out is daunting enough and being disheartened makes it even harder! See you when I get back from Toronto :)
