It's raining again in Jambi, we're still worried

Hello guys, it's been raining non-stop for the past few days, causing several yards in our office to flood again. Because it's been raining non-stop for almost two days in the Jambi region of Indonesia, many villages in Jambi have flooded again. This has left us in deep shock because we still feel the trauma of the flood disaster.

We've only been cleaning several rooms in the office for a few days, but now today, due to heavy rain, the water in our office yard has risen again. It's truly exhausting. My friends are truly desperate because every time there's a flood, we always have to be vigilant about the water rising into several rooms in the office where we're staying.

Today our plan was to go out to eat and look for anything that was sold there, but we had to wait for the rain to stop because on the way to the shopping center the water was rising onto the road. The water even reached our knees. We waited all day for the rain to stop, but the rain never stopped. We were very confused today because every time the rain stopped, it only lasted a minute, only for the next minute it would rain again.

This is one of the most important rooms in our office. It's separate from the others because it houses important items like electronics. However, we're very worried because the water has already reached the stairs, especially since this room doesn't have an upper level, as it's 10x10 meters. We contacted our boss yesterday when we had electricity and internet.

Hopefully, the rain will stop so we can face this situation calmly. Every time it rains, we always have a very busy schedule cleaning several rooms that have been flooded. My colleagues are busy cleaning several rooms in the front because of the rainwater.

Last Sunday, we only bought bread, milk, and coffee. Luckily, we stocked up because we knew it would be difficult to find food in these times, and food aid was rare. Every time we went out, we looked for food, always hoping we'd find it.

Just one piece of bread filled us up. On normal days, eating a piece of bread wouldn't fill us up, but since this incident, even one piece of bread has filled us up.
