SLC28-W1 // "Tomatoes Soup"

Warmly Welcome to Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28 . I would like to thank @steemitblog for giving me this honorable opportunity. The winter season is now started. Everyone wants to eat healthy food according to the season and warmth their body against the coldness.
In that course we will learn different recipes of soup that provides to us essential nutrients, warmth against cold , hydrate our body against the dry coldness, keep the body energetic and make our immune system strong by using ingredients like chicken, corn , veggies and lentils.Each recipe is designed to keep you cozy, healthy, and inspired throughout the chilly season.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, I am going to share with you in detail step by step process of making Tomatoes Soup The main ingredient are Tomatoes therefore it should be fresh and organic. Frozen and raw tomatoes can not develop the actual taste in soup.

| Scallions leaves | Few ( 8-12g) or also can use celery leaves |
| Garlic | 3 cloves |
Condiments

| Back Pepper | ⅕ tsp |

| Zera Powder | ⅕ tsp |
| Turmeric Powder | ⅕ tsp |
| Chicken Powder | ⅕ tsp |
| Soy sauce | ¹ tsp |
| Chilli sauce | ¹ tsp |
| Butter | 2-3 tsp or olive oil also can use |
🍅 Recipe of Making Tomatoes Soup 🍲
- I have taken three medium size tomatoes. I washed it with the fresh flowing water then then cut then the hard parts and stems of it. Then I put the three gashes inside the tomatoes by using sharp corners of the knife .

- Then I have taken half cup of water and put the tomatoes in the making pot , Added in water and cooked for 5 minutes under the medium flame.

- After boiling 5 minutes, I fish out the tomatoes in the light deep plate then removed the skin of it and mashed it fork. For the smoothie texture we can also use blender to blend it .

- Next process is to roasted the chopped garlic cloves and chopped scallions in the pan in which I lightly heat the butter over medium flame. We cook and stirring continuseally until the light brown cooked .

- At the meantime, we will add in smoothie mixture of boiled tomatoes , cook and added in half cup of water then side by side stirring it continuseally with the soften hands about 6-8 minutes. Need attention and proper care is must to avoid burn it.

- For developing taste of soup we will add in soya sauce, chilli sauce and chicken powder. Then again stirring it with the spoon. And keep the flame low. If the tomatoes are acidic then we can add ¹ tsp sugar for the avoiding the sour taste of soup.

- For more smoothie, thick and silky taste and texture of the tomatoes soup we will take ¹ tsp of wheat flour or corn flour can use for the thickness in the soup. For this adding half cup of water and mixed it well for creating smoothie slurry.

- Return the soup on low flame then added in mixture of wheat flour or corn flour and water and cooked or stirred slowly with the spoon to avoid lumps and cooked about 3-5 minutes until the soup becomes thickened.

Tomato soup includes fresh veggies, herbs and some healthy, flavorsome condiments, Because of that, it has vitamins, fiber and antioxidants. Tomatoes themselves have 90-95% water, which helps improve the function of the kidneys, protects against cancer, improves immunity and keeps us hydrated as well. A homemade natural tomato soup bowl gives to us a full warmth of nutritional values in the cozy winter season.
