$WULF Based on price to revenues, TeraWulf is undervalued. I’ll call p/r of 5 as fair value. It is currently 4.85 using only Jan-Feb numbers (amortizing for 12 months). Using my March estimates, the p/r drops to 4.24. Using $28K as the $BTC price for the remainder of 2023 and ramping up production to 420 Bitcoin per month starting in August, I get 3,762 coins, revenues of $103.3 million, and a closing p/r of 2.34 at year end 2023, That indicates a fair value YE23 of 2.80, +/- 0.46. This assumes a somewhat slower ramp than management targets and a stable Bitcoin.

1.Nothing catches on after over ten years of not catching on…
- It is tied to the market
- It is not decentralized
- It is not insured
- Too many criminal organizations use it
- Halving assumes that the price keeps going up. What if it goes down?
- The nail in the coffin was when the BTC crowd embraced and pushed other crypto. Elon made a dog coin as a joke and people ran with it and it proved a big point.
- They need to find a way to stabilize the price. It is too volatile to be a currency, nobody is gonna say well I had $1,500 for my mortgage but now it’s $846 this morning or $2,100 this morning…. I just don’t see it working long term
