@lebrain - nope. That would make $XRP five times more valuable than $BTC is today, roughly $2.5 Trillion. Not happening. If they win the SEC case outright, and most experts expect more of a split decision, then maybe they overtake ETH. I could honestly see $10-11 in that event and I hope it happens but I’m not counting on it because I think Judge Torres will not hand Ripple a total win. It’s too much to expect IMO given watching these types of things play out in courtrooms for decades. You almost never see a total loss for the government and when that happens it’s usually at the hands of a jury, not from the bench.
