$XRP.X my opinion of what recent actions mean by the SEC in regards to the XRP outcome.

• they are claiming Coinbase offered cryptos as securities, as per the howey test.
  This means to me that they will settle with XRP, determining, as many have speculated, that the initial sales of xrp were securities, and 2nd market offerings were not.
  This also means that they have set terms about the Hinman docs, not to be released, otherwise, their coinbase case blows up.
  as far as xrp, it will have clarity going forward, and most likely the only crypto besides $BTC. and since they already have the best technology, and massive amount of banks and partnerships, xrp will be a winner.
  i also think the 13th timeline is in play.
  just my opinion.
