I totally agree that speculators don't understand the fundamentals. It cracks me up when I see these crazy runs in SBD.
I started keeping my liquid Steem/SBD on exchange instead of on blockchain, and transferring to Steem only when I need it, so that I have more flexibility to take profits on this swings and then buy back in when things subside.
makes sense, i'll was holding on exchange when the second pump happened and profit a bit more

The first pump caught me totally by surprise too... and it was actually your earlier post about the arbitrage that led me to figure out my new approach. So thank you for that.
