Chinese New Year 2026 is coming soon

Chinese New Year 2026 will be on February 17th. For Thai-Chinese people, this day is very important.

The day before the end of the year and before Chinese New Year is the day when Thai-Chinese people go out to shop for groceries, fruits, and various offerings for the ancestral worship ceremony.

Therefore, many department stores in Thailand, including Lotus near my house, provide many of these necessary things for people to go shopping.

In addition, the Lotus department stores decorate their stores with Chinese themes in bright red colors for people to take photos as well.

These things can surely attract many people to visit the store and create happy moments especially for Thai-Chinese people.
