How To Transfer Tokens From myetherwallet to Ledger Nano S

Hi All,

Glad to meet you all here on steemit, I trust you are all doing awesome jobs here,

I am Vo, a new member on steemit, this is my first post,

Could anyone could help me out How To Transfer Tokens From myetherwallet to Ledger Nano S?

I tried to transfer my tokens from myetherwallet to my ledger nano s, but it fails,

Do i need gas in order to transfer? If so how much and how do i put gas in it, i am totally lost from here,

I did some researches and got to know need some ether from my ledger nano s in order to transfer my tokens, is that right?

I try to buy some ether from coinmama and i put the ether address, but it fails, emails to coinmama without responding for days now,

Also need to mention, i am confusing because the address from myetherwallet is the same with ledger nano s (ether) when i click the down arrow to get the address,

I got no email responding from coinmama even though i got charged on my CC, i don't know whether i have done correctly or i miss something from here?

Any expert or someone had gone the progress same me, kindly shout out the solutions please.
