The Future of Transportation

I believe that the future of transportation will greatly change with autonomous driving vehicles, electric vehicles, and the ownership of a vehicle. We will soon live in a world where owning a personal vehicle would be a novelty as services such as Uber, Lyft, etc. improve and transition to self-driving cars. The use of those services and public transportation will be cheaper and more convenient than personally owning a car. For shorter distances and the more frugile individuals they would more likely prefer the "last mile" solutions such as electric scooters, e-bikes, and the conventional old fashioned walking.
