Sleep was great. It was pass-out great. I nodded to gloomy-doomies reports, woke up and immediately passed out again. It was the first night in a week that I slept alone in a room, in a big bed and it was bliss.
I woke up way before the alarm, but went back because Bod wanted more sleep.

Good morning Warszawa. The view from the room.
This is a working Saturday; I wake up, have my tea and go straight to work. I don't have to leave the room and I don't want to at this point. It looks like a cloudy day. I still have a lot to do, especially financially. I'll need another two nights here and find a train to Berlin. I think I can get that done by the end of the day.
The money thing is a pain because of all the security hoops I have to jump through. But, it has to be done, so...
I use my Hendricks shirt to measure growth and there seems to be some growth in the upper-upper body. It feels tighter. My face, at some angles, looks tighter and a bit more chiseled. However, there is still too much fat on my face, and on my belly, and so on and so on... etc.

I'm going to miss this place. It's Sold Out!!
So far I've gotten most of my Steemit blogs posted. I might just go shopping today... oh yes, the gym is a must today. And book until Tuesday and book my train ticket.
Well... this hotel is sold out for Sunday to Tuesday. I lost a place close by, but I got another closer to the river. The net cannot seem to find a bus or train to Berlin, so I think I'll have to go to the main station.
I'll need some gym therapy today.
I finally let my favorite cargoes go. One final rip on a table in the game room of Lipowy Most and that was all she wrote. I have adequate apparel for the balance of the trip. I should buy a bit more today. I have to get rid of this zloty, but I can still exchange it and take the loss. I'll be here a few more days. That's at least two meals.
The finances have been completed. My allowance comes in, damn... 15 days. I can build up the card again. Or use the backup.
I've been meaning to mention that the foot (blister) is better. I didn't notice it stop hurting.
Ticket to Berlin from the Centrum. No problem. Easier than the online services that couldn't find a train to Berlin.
Lunch at Sphinx restaurant. Mmm burger & dark beer.

Sometimes dark beer & a burger is what's needed.
Gym time. Benching and upper body. 80 kilo press <155 lbs. One rep. It wasn't that tough. No struggle. No fear. But I know I'm off my strength. But I think some structural support is there from the bodyweight training. I have no idea what I weigh. I'll finish up with drop sets. Just chest, shoulders and gunz tonight. As far as I know in this moment.

A good hour in the gym followed by a kebab wrap thingy. Probably shouldn't be eating this late, but I have to refuel after pumping that iron. Spicy sauce opens my nose.

Oh yes... I was pleasantly surprised by my back. All that pulling, shrugging and stuff has really made a difference. No wonder my shirts feel tighter.

Back evaluation... three months of progress.
Afternoon naps lead to late nights watching Northern Exposure. Hope I can make it back to Madrid.
