It's 05:37. It's the first night outside of that bedbug infested hostel. I'm still covered with bite marks and they still itch. The itching doesn't keep me awake, but as soon as I wake up the itching starts.

In the room training this morning....early!! Then out to hit some pull ups... and a little video with it.

First presentation
First full day of the program... one-to-ones, good meals.

I managed to stay awake all day. During siesta we made our way to the gym to pump some iron. I put up 65k... which may not be my best on the road... but no where near where I was.

I did a chair yoga presentation for the group which was well received and stretched many of us out. A few people wanted more. I could've used a bit more, but opted for an early bedtime. Well deserved. It was a good exercise day... keep it rolling.
