Travel with @Maxi_the_frenchbulldog - Fussen
Hello again,
Today I will tell you about another adventure of Maxi.
Like I said, I have a new family, a new home and live in a new city. Ms. C took me outside and walked me all around this beautiful place. The city is called Fussen, a relatively small city, with a wonderful old city center.
For your information, Fussen is an city located in the south of Germany, in the bavarian area, just at the Austrian border. The local dialect is kind of funny, the locals are named swabians and Fussen is located in the Allgau district, famous it’s beautiful landscapes.
Just look at these beautiful mountains, imagine how fresh the air is.
If you can’t imagine how it looks like, maybe you’ve seen Heidi ;) , the Alps mountains, milka cow.
People traditionally dressed
Beautiful chariots with healthy horses
Delicious treats and fun fares
Beer. Lot's of beer.
And lot’s of nature. This is something I like very much because I friggin love nature.
The city is well known because of king Ludwig's the II castles, of which I will tell you another time.
It’s a small medieval touristic city with lots of tourist points like: the famous romantic road which starts from the center of germany and ends in Fussen.
The well known Lech river, one of the last wild river from Europe (this means the river has not been touched by anyone, it has been left to flow wherever it went) ending in Forggense also Fussen.
Another famous roman street “Via Augusta Claidia” which passes through Fussen, because it’s the only street that connects Tirol and South Tirol (it’s the only road that goes through the mountains that lead to Italy).
Meh, now It's winter so I am a bit cold.
Hope you enjoyed a short trip into my new town. See you next time with more beautiful places to show you.
