Though incredible scenery of Kiyomizu-dera, tourists are crammed like sardine in cherry blossom season. After I visited there in hot summer day, I remember the way to there was way way too long for me. So, hot summer & cherry blossom season, you'd better pick out Kiyomizu-dera from your visiting list.
