Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @dimiimp:

Cesky Krumlov. What a wonderful surprise! This is a beautiful place totally hidden in the wood! Beautiful architecture, friendly people, a lot of hand craft everywhere, good prices! I do not have enough nice words to descibe our positive surpise byt his medieval pearl!

On my way out of Loket, what a great view!
Amazing little romantic place. Pretty quiet and remote but easy enough to reach. Just make sure you plan the return trip well, because intervals in transport can go up quite alot in weekends/evenings.

Great entry, beautiful picture! Wha a fantastic place to visit. Well worth featuring in today's contest. Have a great day. Tomas

This photo complements my last entry in your contest. This is the building that I posted a photo based on one of its details. This commercial/residential building has an interesting design. I know nothing about it. If any of the readers know something about it, please explain as a comment.

An interesting feature of the photo, is that you can spot the moon on this afternoon sky.

I am coming with another photo from Hrcava. Sunset right infront of the local pub. Home to just 262 people, easternmost village of Czech Republic, close to the Trojmezí (point where three countries come together – the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia).

Cesky Krumlov castle
Cesky Krumlov is a charming town. It's very comfortable and relaxing here. We stayed at a B&B with hundreds years old by the river. After sunset I took the shot for the castle by the river.

Rozmberk Castle

I visited Rozmberk on a sunny day in October on the way to Český Krumlov. In this photo what you see is not fog but smoke coming from the chimney of a nearby house, as it was quite cold already despite the sun. I think it makes the castle look quite mysterious :-)

Dancing House
The building is undoubtedly interesting and particular, but in the context it is almost lost. I saw it day and night and undoubtedly, earn a lot if visited in the evening, with the lights that make it stand out!

The town is very picturesque and has a great location on the river. Cesky Krumlov is like what you would see in a storybook. One of the most well-preserved medieval cities you will ever visit. Lots of interesting sights within easy walking (on cobblestones) of the old square.

Historic Center of Cesky Krumlov
Charming little town. Best by later evening as most of the tourists come for day trip only. Perhaps early morning can be nice the same. It deserves to be the second most popular spot behind Prague!

It's the heart of Prague. Where it is good to stroll and admire the buildings, enter the churches. The palace is without dutch beautiful, but life is here that we find it. Very picturesque. Definitely worth a visit to the old town square, which offers a fantastic view over the whole of Prague.

I am glad you like it. Thank you so much for visiting my blog. Have a great weekend.

Though macabre the ossuary is beautiful and breathtaking in a very unique way. When we first walked down the steps into the ossuary, it was overwhelming to be surrounded by all the pieces of human bones in their various renditions. However, it didn't take more than a minute for the mind to adapt, curiosity and sense of wonder to take over. Then we started to truly appreciate the surrounding and the artistic beauty of the place.
