Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @liltammy:
Because of its beauty, the Lednice-Valtice complex is known as the “Garden of Europe”. In addition to the magnificent chateaux of the Liechtenstein family in Lednice and Valtice, there are also a number of romantic buildings, lovely natural nooks and glittering ponds. One of the largest man-made landscapes in the world.
I rewarded @liltammy entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit her blog and check out some of her other entries.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!
Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

House at Cannon Cross, Sokolovská street, Karlín, Prague
The Cannon Cross was an Austrian medal that was awarded to all the soldiers who fought against Napoleon. The medals were made from metal of captured French cannons. Therefore, the cannon cross. There are two houses in Prague with this sign.
Since 1770 the houses in Bohemia have been given its numbers. But before that there were house signs. And even then these signs were used, but only as an ornament.
Live performance of medieval sword battle that took place right next to the White Tower at the Hradec nad Moravici Chateau Complex, a majestic chateau complex and popular tourist landmark found in the town of Hradec nad Moravici in the Moravian - Silesian Region of the Czech Republic.
Sedlec Ossuary
The church houses an impressive collection and artworks made of the bones of 60000 humans. It's rather small, so although you keep seeing new things when you keep looking around, expect to spend around 30 minutes max in the church. The chandler and coat of arms are very impressive.
There is no point in creating a tour itinerary as every corner of the historic center of Cesky Krumlov is astonishing for its beauty. The castle is definitely worth a visit, if only for the splendid view, and get lost in the alleys.
Cesky Krumlov
This is an old town that retains the Gothic and Renaissance architecture. The area was very huge with many beatiful buildings, towers and trail walks around the city. The view from some high places was really breathtaking.
St. Vitus Cathedral
The Prague Castle (Hradcany) is actually located on the mountain, but in reality it is the St. Vitus Cathedral, around which everything else is grouped. And the architectural dimensions of the cathedral are extremely impressive, the ornamentation very pronounced. Be sure to visit when you are there.
St. Nicholas Church
It is the most important Baroque church in Prague and it is also one of the most precious Baroque buildings north of the Alps. The dome has a diameter of 20 meters in fact it can be seen in the distance given its size. The internal height of the same is 49 meters. It represents the highest interior of the whole city. It is also an exceptional example of Baroque style decoration. All the year there are concerts played with the historical organ.
Dancing House
It is a building with a very original and very curious architecture, which stands out in the landscape mainly at night. In addition to the external architecture of the building, there is another attraction that is your lookout on the roof. From there it is possible to have a privileged view of the city. To get there, Barra just consume some drink in the existing bar there. As it is located on the banks of the Modalva river, it is worth to take a tour in the region and visit it. There is a subway station nearby.
Statue of Franz Kafka
It will surely surprise you the first time you see it. The day is more impressive, especially with sunlight, but at night with less movement around it and more distinctive lighting you will better understand its construction and operation. It is a statue - a head that changes shapes every few seconds. In theory, it is a work of art in constant motion, and it is supposed to be inspired directly by the work of the great writer (whose work leaves you different impressions each time depending on your own particular emotional and mental charge).
