Twilight seen from the terrace of my sister's building, in the Botafogo neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. I believe this is one of the most fantastic cities in the world, due to the combination of forests, mountains, buildings and sea. That's where I was born.

Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday week #66 - winner announcement!
@jpphotography Asian Sunday entry:
Hoshida Park Suspension Bridge in Osaka, Japan. Hoshida Park in the suburbs of Osaka is a fantastic spot for viewing autumn leaves. It is popular with locals, but little known among tourists. Getting there is quite hard, we ended up hitchhiking the last kilometres, but the amazing suspension bridge (free!) and the beautiful fall foliage colours are certainly worth the trip!

Flaming Cyprus. Early morning at Northern Cyprus. Just pretty close to our hotel, very nice rocky coast of the sea. And by same time you can see mountains to the right. Amazing colorful and really burning sunrise. The fog flowing down the mountains brings some additional touch to the final view. Enjoy it!

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday week #66 - winner announcement!
@karma-panorama African Wednesday entry:
Stone carvings depicting writing, pharaohs and Egyptian gods inside Luxor Temple in Egypt.
Hieroglyphs are mysterious, even to this day, can we be certain that they have really been deciphered perfectly? The pharaohs are represented bizarrely, with birds' heads and strange and disproportionate hats. So cool to see.

@nikollettesunday European Thursday entry:
Lake Alpsee, Bavaria, Germany. Lake Alpsee is located near two beautiful castles in Bavaria - Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. We arrived at Neuscchwanstein and decided to take a hike around the lake. It was fabulous. I walked down to the water. Water is crystal clear and a beautiful blue. You can also take very pleasant walk around the lake and visit these two castles. This area in Germany is simply amazing.

Today I'm sharing a photo of beautiful Bolivia. It’s shot from a train when I traveled from Oruro to Uyuni. It's simply amazing to get this sort of view from the train windows. I wish I was that flamingo - flying above the rolling hills and below the floating clouds! =)
What a beautiful capture! Thank you so much for sharing.
Recently we had an Olympiad around here. At that time we opened this modern train, closed part of this avenue which is one of the main in the center of the city and now also runs a bike path. Although the day was cloudy, I was lucky to catch a good moment. This is the door of the National Library, in the city of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.
Thank you so much for your contribution. Have a great Sunday.
View of the imposing Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador, very early in the morning taking advantage of the clear sky, it is a wonderful view that my wife and I enjoyed during our vacation and I wanted to share with all of you, I recommend you stay overnight in the cabins that are on the park, and also if they are brave climb to its top at more than 5 thousand meters in height.
That looks just spectacular. Well done!
Amantani Island, Lake Titicaca, Peru.
This is the view from one of the two mountain peaks of the Island. I had the chance to spend the night there, leaving in a family. It was very interesting to see how there were leaving on this 9.28 km² Island.
What a beautiful view! Thank you for sharing with all of us.
El Encanto train ruins, Los Teques, Venezuela. This route belonged to The Great Railway of Venezuela, the largest railway system built in the country to date. It stopped working in 1998. You get to walk through dark and humid tunnels and to cross viaducts of around 40 m of height, this is one of them.
Glad to hear it is not working any longer. That looks like a scary right.
Monument to Snowy Dog
It is a beautiful tourist place in the city of Merida. Venezuela, surrounded by wonderful vegetation.
The Snowy Dog houses the story of a brave dog that came to fight with the liberator Simón Bolívar in the independence of the South American country.
In the year 1964, the mucuchies dogs were declared National Dog of Venezuela by Presidential Decree to be considered historical patrimony of the Nation thanks to the feats of Nevado next to the Liberator, Simón Bolívar.

The view on the sea from Baluarte de Santo Domingo. It is a bastion located in Cartagena de Indias, in Colombia.
The city centre is surrounded by fortification with amazing view on the sea.
I was standing right there not a long ago! What a great reminder.
