Either like my friend below is suggesting or many other occasions.... I would avoid the summer though as it is too hot and way too many tourists.... September is a perfect time to come since the weather is great and the season is slightly slower.... If you do decide to come in winter thought then December is great since there are amazing Christmas markets in Prague that were voted either the best or among the best in the world last year....
