It was pretty good with a little sauce. The texture was not very nice, though.

Really @daveonarrival! hahaha... I never ate BALLUT for almost 15years! Hahaha
I ate balut almost everyday when I was staying in Manila in the year 1997 for 4 months ... but now I don't know whether I can eat again
