71 secs of long exposure at Machu Picchu. Late afternoon is in my opinion the best time to relax and spend some time enjoying the spectacular views of this ancient city. All morning tours are already gone and the place is much less busy with tourists running everywhere you look. Light is just amazing and brings out reach green color of the Machu Picchu "island" from between the mountains surrounding it. Perfect time to set your camera and lay in the grass next to it taking in the beauty around you.

Organized trips to Machu are like a marathon, you speed visit everything with no time to really enjoy the place. Just be sure to buy train tickets in advance and book the latest one on the way back ;) And bring at least 2 water bottels and some food with you if you want to spend there whole day because if you buy it there, it's going to be the most expensive water in your life :)
