HI! I have cutaneous leishmaniasis (L.Donovani/L.Infantum and L. Chagasi). I also believe I contracted it in Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula. What website did you order Pau D'Arco from? Can we connect? Sorry to hear and also to reply so late, I don't come here often. I hope your situation has improved. There are lots of places to get the herb online, likely the quality varies and there are various species. I got the herb from "bulkherbstore.com" I believe, though this was many years ago. Starwest botanicals has a highly rated bulk pau d`arco for $20/lb.
