For South Korean culture lovers must be no stranger to hear Jeju Island. Yep, the island off the coast of Korea is so popular that it is often touted as its Korean Bali. Jeju Island stores a wide array of natural and cultural charms. One of the attractions of this island is its active volcano, Mount Halla in Hallasan National Park. Visible from every corner of the island when the sky is clear, the majestic Mount Halla makes anybody amazed. Although not everyone can climb it, but you can still enjoy it with hiking between 30 minutes to 3.5 hours. You will be treated to beautiful expanse of leaves, stunning rock formations, and hordes of pedestrians who enjoy the coolness.

Want to see the traditional life of Jeju Island local residents? The architectural design of the traditional house is still well maintained and open for you to explore in Seongeup Folk Village, about an hour outside of Jeju City. You will experience a unique experience where you will walk through the narrow lanes and roam the restaurants and shops amid the lumps of smoke from the wood burning stove. Spend also dinner at Gwandangnae Sikdang, a small restaurant outside the main gate to taste the delicious Jeju grilled meat.

Wavy sea water is crushed along 9 kilometers of soft white sandy beaches that are occasionally connected with a pile of black lava rock. Hyeopjae in Hallim Village is arguably the most beautiful Jeju Beach. This beach became a prima donna in the summer when many families came to play water waist-high. Want to visit it when it's quiet? Come in spring and fall. The charm is more noticeable at dusk because here you can enjoy the sunset with a very spectacular.

Not to Jeju Island if you have not tried Olle Trail (Olle line). In traditional Jeju dialect, Olle means a narrow road that runs from the front door to the street. Currently, Olle refers to an integrated path of 26 well-marked hiking trails that are spread evenly across the island. The length of the lane varies between 7-23 kilometers. Each lane offers its own beauty. From the path to walk around the farm and orange groves, across narrow zigzag passageways, passing a modest house with a thatched roof over a rocky beach carved from a black lava stone. Cool!
