Best value all inclusive resort?

I have one of those travel points credit cards. The wife and I plan on saving up points for a couple years until we can take a nice trip.

Prices on them vary a lot. Obviously one that is really expensive is going to be nicer than a cheap one but at some point you are paying a lot more money for not much more than a cheaper place. Anyone have recommendations for one that is a good value for the money? I prefer adult only resorts but its not a deal breaker.

Are Cuba & the Dominican Republic generally considered to have the best value all inclusive resorts? Maybe Mexico?
