I never knew about that. Can't imagine having to ration water. It always has the feeling of being unlimited(although i know that it isn't).
Yeah it's a serious issue there, though because of their conservation efforts they've managed to push day zero ( the day the government shuts off the taps ) to 2019. It really makes you think about how much water people waste on a daily basis.
