Tax Haven

"We need some spuds" says Jo! So we popped into Andorra and passed a huge que leaving through the Spanish border. What's that all about?
We forgot it was a tax haven.

It would be rude not to pick up a Ltr of Glenmorangie and a Ltr of Gin. Besides I don't think the Spanish customs would of believed us we said we had only picked up spuds. ;-)
