@baah should have a position in the President's cabinet.
Trump could always decline payout, I think he has done this with his Presidential salary.
Pissed off Steemians can channel that anger into getting some accountability.
Declined payout. What happens to the Steem in the rewards pool then? Is it destroyed or just left in the pool for someone else to claim?
