Took a "month off"steemCreated with Sketch.

Yeah - that's what happend. I just thought to myself: "I am going on a 3 weeks vacation - gotta enjoy the digital detox that I was "so looking forwad to go through". Just gonna forget about steemit for some time - probably not going to have time for it anyway..." And guess what happend? I really did so!

My tiny audience that I have been writing for have probably noticed (or maybe not) that I haven't uploaded any new content for about a month now. For those who did - sorry I did not warn you, but now I am back to home (feels good after a month break) and looking forward to produce weekly posts for you. For those "others" that just randomly clicked on this post for any reason - it's just a channel update - nothing interesting... (just kidding - plz stay here, read the post, comment and upvote)

Where've been I?

I travelled to a country I was born in - Kyrgyzstan. According to Google it's: "a mountainous country in central Asia, on the northwestern border of China". I still have a part of my family there - my grand-grandmother, my grandfather (her son) and few uncles and aunts so one of the things on my vacation to-do-list was to visit them all. Still though - most of the time I spent in resort area norh of the lake called Issyk-kul. It's an astonishing, beautiful place in mountains (aprox. 1600m above sea level). I consider myself as a pretty lucky bastard, because my grandfather owns a pansion there (which is currently being sold for Bitcoin btw. - you can find it here if you are interested). I could stay there in the best apartment, for three weeks and do whatever I desired almost for free!

I spent some quality time there, ate delicious food, met new people, did plenty of yoga and enjoyed those magnificent sunsets. Interesting fact - I haven't met a single person that was familiar with cryptocurrencies. In fact - I was the one spreading a good word about crypto there - explaining the basics of blockchain, mining and trading. Felt kind of like crypto Messiah. I guess my mission there was pretty successful as I managed to plant a seed of crypto knowledge in the minds of my two uncles and few their friends that are willing to invest in crypto as soon as they download bitcoin wallets to their smartphones.

What now?

Now I am back, in 10 days my life will change drastically as I will be moving to Austria where my future university is located so I hope everything is going to be ok and I will still have enough time to post because yes - school is coming soon as well as other responsabilities but Steemit is still one of them for me. Well, I guess I'll just continue doing what I did before - write some quality crypto content once or twice per week for you guys! So stay tuned and as always - have a nice day!
