RE: Coming to China, I want to see its noisy cities, even if they are not as huge as Beijing or Hong Kong.
If only consider Beidaihe, the population of the area is 61 thousand (data collected by national office in 2008)
If you want to see typical Chinese crowed people view, you may visit Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province. :)
