Dubai: From Instagram Fantasy to Fragile “Safe Haven”

Dubai has developed an image for a luxury haven for the wealthy, with it's sun and glamour and extremely low income tax, it's become very popular with the international elite.

However its reputation as 'safe' is under threat with the renewed tensions in the Middle East.
